Ellen Bailey has a BS in Biology from University of Dayton and an MS from University of Florida in Soil and Water Science. She worked 9 years as and Environmental Scientist for the St. Johns River Water Management District, a state agency, doing field work on lakes and wetlands in Central Florida. She have held her current position as Program Coordinator for USU's Water Quality Extension for 3.5 years.
